Day 11 - Temple of Khnum in Esna, moving upriver to Aswan
Docked in Esna this morning. Walked through town to tour the Temple of Khnum. Like many other Egyptian artifacts, this temple was buried over for centuries and now sits in a 9-meter deep excavation pit. The only portion of the temple now visible is the large entry hall. Leaving later this morning for our next port - Aswan.
